# Why can't customers find us on Google?

> Usually one of three reasons: Google can't read your site properly, your pages don't match what customers actually type, or other businesses look more trustworthy than you. A technical check, one clear page for each thing you sell, and a complete Google Business Profile with steady reviews fix most cases.
